Fixed merge bug.

        * plug-ins/pcx/pcx.c: updated to new version

        * app/paint_funcs.h: changed OPAQUE and TRANSPARENT to
        OPAQUE_OPACITY and TRANSPARENT_OPACITY to avoid possible
        conflicts. All affects .c files changed.
