Changed the libgimp GFillType enums to match the core enums in value, the

	* libgimp/gimpenums.h: Changed the libgimp GFillType
	enums to match the core enums in value, the names still
	differ.

	* plug-ins/script-fu/script-fu.c: changed the fill setvars to use
	the GFillType enums.
