Added a g_strdup() on DEFAULT_IMAGE_TITLE_FORMAT, otherwise it would try

* app/gimprc.c: Added a g_strdup() on DEFAULT_IMAGE_TITLE_FORMAT,
otherwise it would try to free a constant string when cancling out of
prefs or changing the title-style.
