use double callback for double data. Why repeat count is a double, we'll

        * plug-ins/common/blur.c: use double callback for double data.
        Why repeat count is a double, we'll never know.

        * plug-ins/perl/examples/xachshadow
        * plug-ins/perl/examples/xachlego: set non-zero limits on some
        parameters.
