use RINT() instead or rint(). Sprinkled some GPOINTER_TO_INT() and other

	* libgimp/gimpwidgets.c: use RINT() instead or rint(). Sprinkled
	some GPOINTER_TO_INT() and other macros where we used to cast
	directly. Minor doc fixes.
