	* app/tools/gimptool.[ch]: added gimp_tool_message() which uses
	the new statusbar messages.

	* app/tools/gimptool.c
	* app/tools/gimppainttool.c: use it instead of accessing the
	statusbar directly.

	* app/tools/gimptransformtool.c: use it instead of gimp_message().
