	changed GimpCursorType.

	* app/config/gimpguiconfig.[ch]: added a property for the help
	browser type.

	in terms of GimpDisplayShell, not GimpDisplay. Lots of internal
	cleanup.

	* app/gui/gui-types.h: removed NadiagtionDialog here...
