	* app/actions/image-actions.c: remove "image-new-from-image"
	action.

	* app/actions/image-commands.[ch]: remove its callback and made
	the "image-new" callback use the current image's dimensions
	instead.

	* menus/image-menu.xml.in: use the "image-new" action.
