	POSTTRACE_PAINT from the GimpPaintCoreState enum. Removed
	"gboolean traces_on_window" from GimpPaintCoreClass.

	* app/paint/gimpink.c
	* app/tools/gimpclonetool.c: changed accordingly.

	* app/tools/gimppainttool.c: ditto. Show the brush outline
	while painting. Fixes bug #118348.
