	* app/crop.c: mysteriously, using the new tool constructor fixed
	the crop tool redraw problem.

	* app/gdisplay.c: clode cleanup

	* app/info_dialog.c: never emit signals when updating the info
	fields. Fixes some more transform tool grid redraw bugs.
