	* app/widgets/gimpaction.[ch]: add an "ellipsize" property that is
	applied to all proxy menu items' labels.

	* app/actions/windows-actions.c: set the dock actions to
	PANGO_ELLIPSIZE_END because their labels can be insanely long.
