	* libgimp/gimpwidgets.[ch]: merged the table attach helper
	functions into one function.

	* app/*
	* plug-ins/*: changed the calls to gimp_table_attach_aligned()
	accordingly. Did minimal ui updates (spacing and stuff) in some
	files.
