doc: Updates and fixes for docks and windows

Updates and fixes for the 2. Main Windows sections in Part I.

Not as much work as I feared, but hopefully nothing was missed.

  • Bring docks up to date with changed placement in gimp@2d071a08
  • Note that a window arrangement is the most basic for multi-window mode. I would say the one-window mode is simpler still.
  • slider -> scroll bar where the text is about a scroll bar.
  • general small parentheses, spacing fixes etc.

v2: dialogs dock -> dock for greater consistency between strings.

v3: The Inactive Padding Area description stated that the inactive padding area separates active image display and the inactive padding area. Change the end of this to the rest of the user interface so it makes more sense.
