* src/funclib.c: Add UndefineAll, ProtectAll, make Undefine an alias
	  for undefine.

	* src/dict.[ch], src/eval.c: allow setting of protected parameters,
	  they just can't be deleted or changed

	* lib/*.gel: Use the ProtectAll function

	* src/testscope.gel: add extra tests
