"Select" -> "Invert" broken when OpenCL is enabled
GIMP version: 2.10.10
Operating System: Linux (Slackware64 current), XFCE
Package: https://packages.slackware.com/?r=slackware64-current&p=gimp-2.10.10-x86_64-1.txz
Description of the bug
If OpenCL is enabled using the "Select" -> "Invert" tool will not work as expected, either resulting in nothing being selected at all or seemingly random patterns. It seems to be independent of the original selected shape (tried with eclipse and rectangle). Inversion does work however if nothing was selected at all.
Once this was triggered it seems any further attempts to work with selections are also broken, e.g. trying to copy a selection into a new image will only insert a blank image.
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
Reproduction steps:
- Make sure OpenCL is enabled in the settings
- Open an existing image and select anything
- Use "Select" -> "Invert"
Expected result: The selection is inverted.
Actual result: The selection is either entirely gone or seemingly random patterns in the image will be selected.
