	* configure.ac: test different ways to include avformat.h and
	define HAVE_LIBAVFORMAT_AVFORMAT_H accordingly.

	* operations/external/ff-load.c
	* operations/workshop/external/ff-save.c: include the avformat.h
	header according to the results of the configure tests.
