* bin/editor.c: (cb_recompute): disable the cache on the node (non
public API).
* bin/gegl-view.[ch]: (gegl_view_init), (set_property),
(task_monitor), (gegl_view_repaint): removed all references to 
GeglCache and use the iterative GeglProcessor API instead.
