Add a warn during debug against OpenCL colour conversion

The commit aims to add a warning when the OpenCL colour conversion system is used over babl. It is an indicator that the underlying operation uses a format which does not use space and requires to be addressed. This is added so testers can report issues and patches can be applied and must be removed when the colour conversion system is fixed.
