	Released version 0.0.4 of pygegl.

	This version of pygegl is an update of the original pygegl binding
	written by bogado and is designed to work with a current version of
	GEGL as checked out from the Subversion repository. Extras sample
	scripts have been added based on scripts in the Ruby binding, rgegl.
	The build system has also been updated.

	The original 0.0.2 version of pygegl was obtained via the authors
	web site at http://ervilha.org/pygegl/.
