	* gegl/gegl.h
	* gegl/gegl.h.in: Rename gegl.h to gegl.h.in and add
	GEGL_MAJOR_VERSION, GEGL_MINOR_VERSION and GEGL_MICRO_VERSION
	macros the values of which are expanded by configure. Add
	declaration for gegl_get_version().

	* gegl/gegl-init.c (gegl_get_version): Implement.

	* confiure.ac: Expand gegl/gegl.h.
