Strange regex case-insensitivy behaviour
Version: 3.28.1
Try "Find and Replace" with this:
Test input:
+++ okay
+++ not okay
+++<N> okay
+++<N> not okay
++ okay
Regex:
(.*?[+|])([ <N>]+)([^\s]+)(.*)$
Replace with:
\2
Unexpected results:
n
<N>
<N> n
Expected would be to not match the "n" there. As seen if copying the input to https://regex101.com/ .
Something peculiar going on with case sensitivity?
