This reverts commit 8c7f5cf4.

This is now managed in gnome-themes-standard.

This class will take care of creating the menu that is popup with right
click in a notebook tab.

Most of this code has been borrowed from gnome-terminal.

The value is undefined in recent version of gtk since the filechooser is
now async. Pointed out by Federico Mena Quintero.

We need to reset the gsettings to the original value specified in the
schema.

GtkTable was replaced with a GtkGrid in gedit-print-preferences.ui

We built the tooltip string but we never set the property.
Fixes bug #664884.

It does not belong there and the caller already takes care of showing
the view once created.

Rely on GtkSourceView sorting instead.

GtkSourceView already gives us a sorted list and for the menu we are
already resorting by category anyway.

Newer glib does not need explicit gthread initialization.

This is needed for C plugins that are not contained in the gedit module.

The reason for this is that after the doc is loaded the text view
is still working relocating so we wait until the text view give
us some priority to actually scroll.

As discussed in IRC this was more irritating than not having it
so we just remove it. A firefox like completion would be cool though.
Maybe have a look at integrating here the history-entry?

This has now landed gtk+ so no need for this hack anymore
