Attachment keyword fixes

Michael Gratton requested to merge mjog/589-attachment-keyword-check into mainline

This fixes the attachment keyword check only finding keywords that end in a space, e.g. "see the attachment.", and ensures that English keywords are always also checked, regardless of the translation.
