Include log records in the Problem Report dialog and saved information
Updates the Problem Report dialog to use the same widgets as the Inspector. Adds a new "Logs" pane to it that includes log messages up until the problem report was generated, and saves those logs when saving the problem report data to disk. Formats Inspector and Problem Report data using Markdown when copying to the clipboard to improve formatting in GitLab bug reports.
