Some improvements to conversation-list

Konstantin Kharlamov requested to merge Hi-Angel/geary:emphasize-participated-in into mainline

1-st patch is a fix to conversation-list showing just one participant (the one that turned out to be the first in the list) for notification mails from github/gitlab/etc.

2,3-rd patches are small cleaups.

4-th patch per this and this comments makes participated-in conversations to be shown as "Me & Bob, Alice…".
