Disable account
Feature summary
Right now, if an account can't be accessed, Geary displays a permanent error message at the top that it can't connect to the account. It would be nice if you could opt to (temporarily) disable an account to make Geary stop trying to connect to it and stop displaying the error message.
How would you like it to work?
I think disabling an account should only make Geary stop trying to access it, but it shouldn't be hidden from the UI -- so the only things that should happen compared to the way it works now is remove the error message and halt all connection attempts until the account is re-enabled. For example, if my computer leaves a local network with a local mail server, I won't be able to access that account anymore, but I'll still want to be able to access its emails until I'm in the local network again.
