Subfolders under Archives and other special folders not displayed in list
Bug summary
The subfolders I have under the Archives folder don't show on the main list so I can't click on them to browse the emails.
About you
- Geary version: 0.12.2
- Installation method: Flathub
- Your desktop: GNOME
- Your operating system and version: Ubuntu 18.04
- Email provider: posteo.de
Steps to reproduce
- Open Geary.
- Add an email account with subfolders under the Archives folder
What is the current bug behavior?
The subfolders don't appear for the Archives folder on the main folders and tags list on the left. They do appear however in the list when you click the button to move them to another folder. Also, if I add the folder while Geary is opened, the new folder does appear on the main list. However it disappears after I restart Geary. I tried with other folders (Inbox, drafts) without any issue. I also tried with or without spaces, and with or without accents.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The subfolders appear under Archives on the main folders and tags list so that I can browse them.
Relevant logs and/or screenshots
No subfolders under Archives in the main list, but they appear on the "Move to" dialog
When I add a subfolder while Geary is running, the subfolder does show
