DraftManager: Drafts folder GearyImapEngineGmailDraftsFolder(>[Gmail]>Drafts, open_count=1, remote_opened=false) does not return created mail ID
Bug Summary
Details: See attached for details. This has been a consistent problem with all gmail accounts. I don't have another mail provider so can't comment further on other mail providers. It makes Geary unusable for gmail accounts, as messages do not reliably send, receive and IMAP folders do not reliably update, causing sync issues.
Let me know if more info is required.

Steps to reproduce
- Step one: Add gmail account via Gnome Accounts
- Step two: Open Geary and attempt to send and receive email.
- Step three: Suspend and resume computer
- Step four: Attempt to send and receive email
What happened?
What did Geary do that was unexpected? Gear fails to send and receive email, incorrectly reports that email is "sent but not moved to the sent folder" (from the outbox), and fails to synchronize mail folder actions (labels and mail deletion/moves).
What did you expect to happen?
What did you expect Geary to do?
I expected Geary to send and receive mail and synchronize accurately. I also expect Geary to accurately report when it is unable to do these things, which it does not.
