Encoding specifier in From: header copied as-is to reply

Replying to an email received with a From: header specifying the encoding will copy the encoding specifier as-is in the message header (the "..... wrote:" message).

- Open the received email in Geary

Geary says that the sender is "Bob Mörley" which is correct. But when replying, the message header of the reply will be On ..., Bob =?iso-8859-1?Q?M=F6rley?= <bob@morley.com> wrote:
