40 testing : in-app notifications block interaction

Hi,

here a minor user experience issue, which got more annoying with smaller widths of the main window.

To reproduce

reduce the size of geary to a sufficiently small single pane width
navigate to an email in the third pane
delete the email
watch the undo notification block the Close x and go back < buttons
