Adaptive Server Settings

Hi all,

the minimum size of Hamburger Menu --> Account List --> Account --> Server Settings

is not small enough. That's part of issue #141 (closed) re. adaptability.

Let me describe the issue with some screenshots

First Geary's Ground state

Then Hamburger Menu --> Account List , which is pretty narrow.

Then select an Account, the window becomes slightly larger

Then to the Server Settings , which are pretty wide.

Go back now to the Account with the back button. Observe, that the width is now the one of the Server Settings before.

Note, that you cannot make the window any smaller now, for sure not as small as it was previously.

Finally press the back button again to the Account List. As before the window is now bigger as the first time and you're not able to make it any smaller.

All seems frozen to the width of the Server Settings. Here my version
