"Exclude" greeter option no longer honoured

Description

I configure /etc/gdm/custom.conf to exclude a normal user account from the gdm greeter list, following the instructions at http://library.gnome.org/admin/gdm/stable/configuration.html.en#greetersection

But since upgrading from gdm 2.x to gdm 3.0 (really fedora 13 to fedora 15) this no longer works. It appears that this option was lost during the port to libaccountsservice:
