data: Enable Wayland on Apseed and Mgag2000 devices

Alynx Zhou requested to merge AlynxZhou/gdm:aspeed-mgag2000-wayland into main

Missing functions have been added and merged to kernel for Aspeed1 and Mgag20002 drivers, so we could enable Wayland for them.
