Login controls not displayed on all screens

Submitted by Stuart Bishop

Link to original bug (#794971)

Description

The login controls are only displayed on one display, which does not appear to be configurable. This makes logging in impossible when that display is not visible due to physical positioning or other reasons.

Ideally the screens should be mirrored by default, avoiding this and other issues (such as the assumption that the primary display is left of the secondary display). Alternatively, an option to configure this behavior.
