Description
This bug is spotted in Arch Linux, and AOSC OS3 (GNOME, Beta 2).
When started GDM via systemctl, GDM is shown on TTY1. When starting GNOME, the screen turns black, and a cursor, then the desktop appears. Then I found that GNOME is started in TTY2, and when switching to TTY1, the GDM gray background and a cursor is still visible and movable on screen.
When starting GNOME with LightDM, the problem cannot be reproduced. Therefore the report is sent to GDM category.
