Make a glycin loader

This is a very quick attempt to test the feasibility of making a loader that wraps glycin, similar to how the native Windows loader wraps the Windows apis.

I just stole the png loader code for saving to get minimal saving support, and disable the glycin sandbox when we think we're the pixbuf thumbnailer. Those two are enough to keep the thumbnailer working.
