gdk-pixbuf cannot load this GIF file

Description
Created attachment 365395 problem gif
Distribution: Arch Linux eog Version: 3.26.2
Eog, and every other program that uses gdk-pixbuf, fails to display this image. I've encountered this issue a few times before with various GIFs.
Steps to reproduce Save the image, try to open it with eog.
Expected behaviour I'd expect to view it.
Other information This image opens fine if pretty much every other viewer I've tried. Every major web browser can open it (Firefox and Chromium for example). Few KDE viewers I tried that use qt5-imageformats display it fine. Gifview (X11 GIF viewer from gifsicle package), Android, macOS and Windows apps I tried view this GIF just fine.
