media_viewer: Move zoom controls

The zoom controls we previously had could not fit within mobile constraints. These new controls emulate Photos' controls, with a revealer at the bottom-right and two zoom buttons, with no zoom entry.

Gestures will need to come later. In order to get closer to Photos' viewer with smooth zooming and gestures we'll need to generate bindings for libdazzle and gegl.
