Invite Dialogs: minor visual fixes

This fixes a few of the issues mentioned in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/fractal/issues/78

  • Fix the search results not expanding
  • Fix the spacing around the searchbar

The two UI files (direct_chat.ui and invite_user.ui) are identical except for some labels and IDs and should be merged.
