[refactor] use headerbars in the titlebar instate of boxes

Replaces boxes with headerbars in the titlebar. For correctly centering the Room name and topic we need to use headerbars in the normal view. Also the title in other views would be always slightly of center. For handling left side close btn placement we also need headerbar.
