message.rs: Ellipsize filename label and add tooltip

Christopher Davis requested to merge BrainBlasted/fractal:download_ellipsize into master

Before and with the new design, files with long names could stretch out the window. As of this commit names are ellipsized, with a tooltip to allow users to see the full filename on hover.
