No permission to type in newly-created rooms

Since fractal 4.2.1, fractal incorrectly tells me I don't have permission to post in newly-created rooms, both rooms I create and rooms created by others to which I am invited. I have to use Riot instead.

It's surely a regression from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/fractal/commit/e1c2153caa5d11ffab0bca792db8588f299fb0ae. I recommend reverting until you have time to investigate what's wrong with that, and do a new release ASAP. (#538 (closed) also merits an emergency release IMO.)
