Remove GtkBox:padding, GtkBox:fill and GtkBox:expand

Fixes #557 (closed): these have to be removed to prepare for GTK4.

After doing a search on all the project, those are the only occurences. I also checked the deprecated xalign and yalign properties.

I checked the changes locally and I don't see any issue.
