Add read receipts to messages when syncing

Eisha Chen-yen-su requested to merge Kagamihime/fractal:sync-with-read-receipts into master

This will be useful for updating the last viewed message at each start up. (See #133 (closed)) And it will be also useful for this issue #115 (closed), in the futur.
