Scroll to load more doesn’t work if there is too little content
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Fractal with a high enough window.
- Enter a room for which you have backlog. The content must be short enough that the window doesn’t have scrollbar.
- Try to scroll up to load more history. It won’t work and you have to press the button. Later tries will work as intended.
