Error opening encrypted (password protected) ZIP archive
An error is thrown when trying to open a password protected encrypted ZIP archive.
It is possible to open the archive to view the contained file list. Clicking the hamburger menu and selecting "Password..." correctly loads the password prompt, however on entering the password an error box is displayed reading: An error occurred while saving the archive.
If instead I attempt to open one of the contained files, instead of (what I think I recall as) the expected behaviour of prompting for the password, an error box is displayed reading An error occurred while extracting files.
.
I have tested the same ZIP files using P7Zip and the archive can be opened fine with no errors.
The ZIP file was generated by a third party system, and forgive me that there is no way for me to produce a test file which does not contain confidential data (i.e. that I can share). I have tested with multiple files produced by this system and all produce the same errors. I have written to the system's maintainers to ask if they can produce a test file for me and I will add it to the issue if they are able to respond.
If there is any particular tool that I could provide the output of to provide further technical information about this archive, please let me know. The error is not reproduced for password-locked ZIPs created by Archive Manager itself.
