Dates in Certificates table do not match locale format
Within Evolution Preferences (SHIFT+CTRL+S), Certificates, there are tabs for "Your Certificates," "Contact Certificates," "Authorities," and "Mail." Within each tab, there is a table listing certificate records. The table includes an "Expires" column. On a system with GNOME Region & Language settings that are set to:
Language = English (United States) Formats = United States (English)
The certificate table shows DD/MM/YYYY formatting instead of MM/DD/YYYY.
The expected behavior is that the Expires column should be formatted as per the GNOME settings.
