EPreferencesWindow: Use headerbar and stack widgets

Corentin Noël requested to merge tintou/preferences-headerbar into master

Switch to a Headerbar and a StackSwitcher widget for navigation, place all the buttons directly in the headerbar.

Allows to have more room for the actual content.
