Extend build configuration for libraries from the GNOME Evolution data service

Software libraries from the GNOME Evolution data service can be installed in a selected directory.
The build system can help then to choose the installation source for these libraries.
Thus extend the possibilities for the desired software build configuration according to the client implementation.
