cal-config-caldav: request checks for DAV:calendar-auto-schedule

EWebDAVBrowser: Indicate when a collection announces DAV:calendar-auto-schedule on OPTIONS.

The code in cal_config_caldav_run_dialog() setting the “Server handles meeting invitations” based on “supports” was there, but e_webdav_discover_dialog_new() was not asked to check, if the sources announce “DAV:calendar-auto-schedule”. I do not when this broke, I believe in the past setting “Server handles meeting invitations” based on selected source and server replies has worked.
